Obsesh Return & Exchange Policy

If you’d like to request an exchange or return, simply email us at support@obsesh.in with your Order ID, Full Name, and Contact Number and we’ll take it from there.

Exchange Policy

Not the right fit? No problem. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your first exchange is completely free. For any additional exchanges, a handling charge of ₹150 will apply.

If our courier partner is unable to complete the pickup after two attempts, you’ll need to send the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

Exchanges are processed after we receive and verify the returned item. This usually takes around 8 to 10 days.

Return Policy 

Returns are also accepted within 7 days of delivery in case you change your mind.

If the pickup fails after two attempts, we’ll ask you to courier the product to us directly.

Once the return is received and passes our quality check, typically within 5 to 8 working days, we’ll initiate your refund.

Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Your amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 8 working days.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Your amount will be processed and credited to your bank account within 8 to 10 working days.

All orders are processed within 1 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In case of delays, you will be notified via email or phone.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and any unforeseen delays.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method you choose.

Free shipping may be available for orders over a specific amount, as per ongoing promotions.

Please Note 

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
