Obsesh Return & Exchange Policy

If you’d like to request an exchange or return, simply email us at support@obsesh.in with your Order ID, Full Name, and Contact Number and we’ll take it from there.

Exchange Policy
Not the right fit? No problem. You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your first exchange is completely free. For any additional exchanges, a handling charge of ₹150 will apply.

If our courier partner is unable to complete the pickup after two attempts, you’ll need to send the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

Exchanges are processed after we receive and verify the returned item. This usually takes around 8 to 10 days.

Return Policy
Returns are also accepted within 7 days of delivery in case you change your mind.

If the pickup fails after two attempts, we’ll ask you to courier the product to us directly.

Once the return is received and passes our quality check, typically within 5 to 8 working days, we’ll initiate your refund.

Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 8 working days
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 8 to 10 working days

Please Note
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
